Per Art and Alex, I removed R35 with a hot air rework gun, and removed R62 as well which I had wedged in a 1206 and now have the 805 2.2k R35 resistor in it's place. Hot Air rework stations aren't necessary to remove chips as a solder wick and even heating will often do the job, but the rework stations do spoil you and make life so much easier. Looks like most of the kits are short these items:
1x 0.1uF - 399-1169-1-ND
1x 499ohm - P499CCT-ND
